Operator and agreement
WebsiteGeneratorHub is operated by Devnix Digital LLC, 1309 Coffeen Ave, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States. “We,” “us” and “WebsiteGeneratorHub” refer to Devnix Digital LLC for these terms. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
Eligibility and authority
You must be at least 18, able to enter a binding agreement, and authorized to act for any business whose details you submit. If you use WebsiteGeneratorHub for an organization, you represent that you can accept these terms for it.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to impersonate another party, create phishing or deceptive pages, distribute malicious code, send unlawful spam, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, publish illegal content, probe private systems, evade rate limits or security controls, or interfere with other users or the service.
We may limit, suspend, disable or remove a project or access where reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect people or systems, comply with law, or enforce these terms. We may preserve relevant records where required for an investigation or legal obligation.
Your content and business claims
You retain rights you hold in business names, logos, photos, contact details and other material you provide. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, adapt and process that material only as needed to operate, secure and improve the requested WebsiteGeneratorHub functions.
You are responsible for accuracy, permissions and lawful use. Licenses, awards, reviews, certifications, warranties, project counts, years in business and similar claims must be true and supportable. Do not submit confidential credentials, payment-card information or sensitive personal information.
Generated and downloaded output
Subject to these terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use, host, copy and modify the generated or downloaded website output for the business identified in the project. This license does not transfer ownership of WebsiteGeneratorHub, its generator logic, administration code, brand assets, or the underlying template library.
You may not extract, resell or distribute the templates or platform as a competing template collection, generator or software service. Third-party fonts, libraries, maps, images or services remain subject to their own terms. The required linked credit—“Website created with WebsiteGeneratorHub · Powered by DevnixDigital.com”—must remain unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Review and legal responsibility before launch
Automatic design selection creates a practical starting point from the information supplied; it does not verify every fact or guarantee suitability. Before publishing, you must review content, contact details, links, images, accessibility, privacy notice, cookie use, form delivery and any industry, licensing, advertising or local legal requirements.
The included customer privacy starter is not legal advice. The business operating the published site is responsible for adapting legal notices and for how it receives, stores and uses visitor information.
Downloads and optional services
Template editing and downloads are free and do not use the five automatic-generation allowance. Free download requires an email address; name, phone and marketing choice are optional. Hosting and domain services are separate from the free download.
Launch my website costs $49 USD using your compatible existing domain and hosting. Launch with domain & hosting costs $149 USD, subject to the published package terms below. Payment takes place on Stripe Checkout. An order is confirmed only after payment is verified; the return page alone is not proof of payment. We send an order number and confirmation email after successful verification.
Publish this selected one-page website on compatible hosting, connect one domain and HTTPS, and check the page and enquiry-form setup. We confirm hosting and outgoing-email compatibility before starting. New designs, extra pages, content revisions, email-account or website migrations, paid services and ongoing maintenance are separate. Any extra work is quoted for your approval first.

Existing domain and hosting: compatibility, access and included work
$49 USD is a one-time fee to publish your selected one-page website using your existing domain and compatible hosting. It includes connecting the domain, setting up HTTPS and checking the page and enquiry form. You keep paying your domain and hosting providers directly. You provide authorised hosting and domain access and any outgoing-email settings needed for the form. We confirm compatibility before starting; if your hosting cannot support the website and you do not accept an alternative, we refund the launch payment in full.
$149 package: hosting service, duration and limits
$149 USD includes the launch service and 12 months of hosting for one selected one-page website, starting when the website goes live. Hosting covers that website, its supplied images, HTTPS and its included enquiry endpoint. Email mailboxes, bulk email, online shops, additional websites, custom applications and ongoing content changes are not included. No additional paid service is purchased without your agreement. We provide the hosting start and end dates with your launch confirmation.
Domain: included registration period, eligible names and ownership
The $149 package includes one year of registration for one available, standard-priced .com, .net or .org domain. Premium, aftermarket and reserved domains are not included. Your requested name is subject to availability and is confirmed with you before registration. If it is unavailable, you may choose an eligible alternative or cancel for a full refund before work or purchases begin. The domain is registered for your business with you as the registrant; we provide domain-management access or transfer assistance, subject to the registrar’s verification and transfer rules. We confirm any different extension or additional cost before purchase.
Renewals: charges or quotation process, notice and automatic-renewal arrangements
The $49 launch fee does not include renewals of your existing domain or hosting. For the $149 package, hosting after the included 12 months and domain renewal after the first registration year are charged separately. There is no automatic renewal charge through this checkout. We send a renewal quote at least 30 days before the included services expire and proceed only with your approval and payment. If you choose not to renew, contact us before expiry to arrange a website download or transfer. Unrenewed hosting stops at the end of its term, and domain expiry is governed by the registrar.
Cancellation and refunds: before and after work starts
To cancel, email [email protected] with your order number. Before work or third-party purchases begin, you can cancel for a full refund. We obtain your agreement before starting work or purchasing a domain or hosting. After that, any refund is calculated from the uncompleted part of the service, less only completed work and non-refundable third-party costs disclosed and agreed beforehand. We provide an itemised explanation. If we cannot provide the agreed service, we refund the unprovided portion; if nothing has been delivered or purchased, we refund the full payment. Approved refunds go to the original payment method. These terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Delivery, customer responsibilities and support included
A representative will contact you within 24 hours of payment to confirm your website, domain, access requirements and next steps. This is a response time, not a promise that the website will be live within 24 hours. We agree a launch date after checking your hosting and receiving the required access and content. You review the website and confirm that you have permission to use its text, images and business claims. The package launches the selected design; redesigns, extra pages, migrations and additional features require a separate approved quote. Support includes correcting issues caused by our launch setup reported within 7 days after launch. Ongoing maintenance and later content changes are separate.
A custom website request is an enquiry about a new website built to your requirements. Submitting it does not charge you or create an obligation to buy. We agree its scope, price and delivery separately before paid work begins. Contact [email protected] with an order number for payment, launch or cancellation questions. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.
Availability and disclaimers
The service and generated output are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, a particular ranking, leads, revenue, regulatory compliance or that every browser, host or third-party service will remain compatible. We may change or discontinue features, limits or templates.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Devnix Digital LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or claims arising from content or services supplied by a user or third party. Our aggregate liability relating to the free service will not exceed US $100; liability for a paid service is governed by its separate agreement. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You agree to defend and indemnify Devnix Digital LLC against third-party claims arising from material you submit, unlawful use of the service, or a published site you operate, except to the extent a claim was caused by our own breach or unlawful conduct. Consumer rights that cannot be waived remain unaffected.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any mandatory consumer jurisdiction, courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, each party should send written notice and allow 30 days for a good-faith attempt to resolve it.
