Launch your finished roofing or HVAC website

The launch service publishes the one-page website you have selected and saved. It is useful when you like the finished design but want help connecting a domain, setting up HTTPS and checking the enquiry form on suitable hosting.

Choose the package for your situation

These are the standard published package terms. Read What the launch service covers and the package terms displayed with your order before paying. They describe the actual commitment, including compatibility, renewal arrangements, cancellation and support. The current website terms provide the wider service information.

Understand what the launch fee covers

The service starts with the selected page, rather than a new design brief. It covers publishing that one-page website, connecting one domain and HTTPS, and checking the page and enquiry-form setup. The team confirms hosting and outgoing-email compatibility before work starts.

New designs, additional pages, content revisions, website or email-account migrations, paid third-party services and ongoing maintenance are separate. Extra work needs an agreed quote. The $149 package does not include mailboxes, an online shop, additional websites or a custom application.

If you want different page layouts, booking functionality, a larger service website or a new site built to your requirements, use the custom website request option. Explain the result you need in a custom website enquiry. Sending that enquiry does not itself place a paid launch order.

Prepare your existing domain and hosting

For the $49 option, have the domain name and hosting provider ready. Confirm who owns each account and whether you can arrange authorised access. A business sometimes owns its domain while an old supplier controls hosting; identifying that early avoids a stalled launch.

Ask whether the host can run the downloaded PHP enquiry endpoint, make outbound HTTPS requests and send email. Being able to display a web page is not the same as supporting its form. The team checks this before starting; under the standard package terms, incompatible hosting leads to a full launch refund if you do not accept an alternative.

Tell the team if your domain already handles business email or another live website. Domain connection can affect more than the homepage. Hostinger's domain connection guidance distinguishes changing nameservers from changing website records and explains the effect on email configuration.

Use the agreed access process. Do not put account passwords, email passwords or recovery codes into public website text or an ordinary project description. Keep a record of your current website and DNS settings so the person making the change understands what must continue working.

If you need a domain and hosting

For the $149 option, prepare two or three preferred domain names. A requested name is not reserved merely because it appears in your order. The team checks availability and confirms an eligible choice with you before registration.

The standard package includes one year of a standard-priced .com, .net or .org. Premium, aftermarket and reserved names are excluded. Any different extension or additional cost must be agreed before purchase. If the preferred name is unavailable, you may choose an eligible alternative or cancel before work or purchases begin under the published terms.

The domain is registered for your business with you as registrant. The package provides management access or transfer assistance, subject to registrar requirements. Hosting runs for 12 months from the website going live; the launch confirmation records the term dates.

Renewal is separate. The standard terms provide a renewal quote at least 30 days before the included services expire, with no automatic renewal charge through this checkout. Keep your contact email current and arrange a download or transfer before expiry if you decide not to renew.

Pay once and keep your order number

Open the launch option from your website or download confirmation. Check the selected website, contact email, phone number and package, complete the required security check, and review the terms before continuing to Stripe Checkout.

A verified successful payment creates the confirmed order. The confirmation page shows an order number, and an order email is sent to the supplied address. Returning to a page is not, by itself, proof that payment has completed.

If payment appears successful but the confirmation email is missing, check spam and contact support with the order number or the payment time and email used. Do not place another order just to obtain an email. Never send full card details when asking about a payment.

Approve a launch date and test the result

A representative will contact you within 24 hours of payment to confirm the website, required access and next steps. That is a response commitment, not a promise that every website goes live within 24 hours. The launch date is agreed after compatibility checks and receipt of the required access and content.

Before approval, check your real contact details, services, opening hours, review permissions and business claims. After publication, confirm:

• The agreed domain opens with HTTPS.
• The saved design and correct logo appear on desktop and phone.
• Phone and email links use the right details.
• A labelled test enquiry reaches the intended mailbox.
• Existing business email still works after the domain changes.
• You have the order number, hosting term dates and access arrangements.

Standard support includes correcting launch-setup issues reported within seven days after launch. Later content changes and ongoing maintenance are separate. Keep the order details when reporting a problem so the team can identify the right website.

Publication also does not mean immediate search visibility. After the live site is ready, use Google's crawl and indexing guidance to check discovery. An indexing request does not guarantee inclusion or rankings; the launch package is a publishing service.
